ITSQuest is actively seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator in Lubbock, TX. The role involves interviewing and qualifying members for mortgage products, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring timely documentation and closing processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus relevant coursework or experience.
• Ability to close up to 80 loans per year or $12,000,000 in volume.
• Pass national criminal history background check and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interview and qualify members for mortgage products.
• Assist with mortgage product expertise and documentation.
• Coordinate appraisals, surveys and insurance documents.
• Review and submit loan requests for underwriting and approvals.
• Enter and monitor loan pipeline and respond promptly to member inquiries.
• Coordinate closing dates with members, title companies and agents.
• Perform notary services and assist in training branch staff.
