Job summary

National Fleet Management in the Southeast is seeking an experienced Mobile Diesel Technician to diagnose and repair heavy‑duty trucks on customers' sites. You’ll operate a company service truck and manage repairs within a 50–60 mile radius.

This role offers strong pay, with $32–$45+ per hour based on experience, plus a 90‑day pay guarantee, performance bonuses, and benefits including 401(k), PTO, tool reimbursement, and company truck.

Qualifications

• Prefer diesel technician experience, especially in mobile service.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on heavy‑duty trucks.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Repair engines, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, air, hydraulic, and fuel systems.
• Document repairs and completed work.
• Maintain parts inventory and service-truck organization.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service at every job.
