Job summary

Fleet Management is seeking an experienced Mobile Field Technician to diagnose and repair heavy‑duty trucks at customer sites. You will travel in a company-provided service truck, perform preventive maintenance, and deliver complete, on‑site solutions from diagnosis to completion.

Ideal candidates have diesel technician experience, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision. A valid driver’s license is required; CDL or prior mobile service is a plus.

• Heavy-duty truck repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns on heavy-duty trucks.
• Complete preventive maintenance services and inspections.
• Repair brake, suspension, steering, electrical, air, hydraulic, fuel, and engine systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Document repairs and completed work accurately.
• Maintain an organized service truck and parts inventory.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Take ownership of jobs from diagnosis through completion.
