Job summary

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited is seeking a Customer Service Field Specialist in Williston, NH to support hospitals by delivering and servicing medical equipment. This is a direct-hire, full-time, on-site role with a per-shift schedule of 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; some nights and weekends may be required based on customer demand.

You will travel locally, load and unload equipment, and provide basic orientation to clinical staff while maintaining documentation and delivering exceptional

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, delivery, or field service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Clean driving record and ability to operate a 20-foot box truck.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push or pull up to 75 lbs.
• Comfort working in a warehouse and outdoors in local weather.
• Ability to travel, including one week of training in San Antonio, Texas, and occasional business travel by airline.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities in the Williston area.
• Provide basic equipment orientation and support to clinical staff.
• Build relationships through responsive, professional customer service.
• Maintain accurate delivery, pickup, and service documentation.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Load, unload, clean, inspect, and disinfect equipment according to safety and quality standards.
• Safely operate a 20-foot box truck and maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance.
