Job summary

Rotech Healthcare is seeking a Patient Service Technician to deliver and set up respiratory equipment in patients' homes. You will educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance, and ensure equipment is functioning properly.

Applicants should be able to drive local routes, complete documentation, and participate in on-call rotations while maintaining high safety standards and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience meet requirements for the essential functions.
• Education requirements per federal/state law or customer contract.
• Preferred experience with medical equipment and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up respiratory and medical equipment in patients' homes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance.
• Complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment for safety and function.
• Drive local routes and participate in on-call rotations.
