Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Patient Service Technician – Local Delivery Driver to deliver and set up respiratory and home medical equipment in patients’ homes. You will educate patients and caregivers, troubleshoot equipment, and complete documentation in a local route-based role.

The position emphasizes safety, customer service, and timely visits, with on‑call possibilities and daily home-based work. A valid license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

Background check is required.
Drug screen where applicable.
Compliance with healthcare facility credentialing process when applicable.
Valid driver’s license in state of residence with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Drive local routes to deliver and set up medical equipment in patients’ homes.
Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance of equipment.
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function and patient safety.
Complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports on time.
Ensure vehicle is clean, safe and ready for service.
