Job summary

Tutu School Sacramento is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support local marketing efforts, events, partnerships, and lead generation across multiple markets. This hybrid, part-time role focuses on turning awareness into trial classes and memberships.

You’ll collaborate with the Director of Business Operations, Regional Directors, and teaching teams to create, pitch, and execute community marketing initiatives while maintaining brand consistency and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to build partnerships and drive lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across partners.
• Highly organized with attention to detail for events and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue local events, partnerships, and community marketing opportunities.
• Own full event lifecycle from outreach to follow-up and results tracking.
• Pitch partnerships via email, calls, video meetings, and in-person talks.
• Build relationships with local businesses, schools, influencers, and community groups.
• Coordinate event logistics, staffing, materials, and on-site needs.
• Support organic marketing and local outreach to drive new families.
