Job summary

Tutu Collective Inc. is hiring a Marketing Assistant to support local marketing across our Brooklyn, New York studios with a focus on events, partnerships, community outreach, and lead generation.

You will manage the full cycle of event and partnership planning, coordinate logistics, nurture relationships with local businesses and influencers, and collaborate with regional teams to drive trial classes and memberships.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Professional, polished, and first point of contact with partners.
• Experience with events or partnerships.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines across regions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue local events, partnerships, and community marketing opportunities.
• Own the full event lifecycle from research to follow-up.
• Pitch partnerships via email, calls, and in-person conversations.
• Build relationships with local businesses, schools, influencers, and community groups.
• Coordinate event logistics and staffing.
• Represent the brand at events.
• Follow up with attendees to drive trials and memberships.
• Track results to improve future activations.
