As a Local Marketing Manager at Prime IV Hydration and Wellness, you will serve as a critical connection between the corporate brand team and our franchise network, empowering franchisees with the tools, resources, and strategies to successfully engage their local markets. This mid-level, franchisee-facing position is designed to provide direct support for local marketing initiatives, strengthen franchisee relationships, and drive brand consistency across the system.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including medical/training, operations, franchise success, and digital teams—as well as the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager. Your efforts will ensure franchisees are equipped to grow their businesses while maintaining alignment with Prime IV’s overarching brand vision and marketing strategies.

This role will be a hybrid position based in Colorado Springs with the expectation to be in the office 2-3 days a week.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
