This mid-level, franchisee-facing position is designed to provide direct support for local marketing initiatives, strengthen franchisee relationships, and drive brand consistency across the system.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including medical/training, operations, franchise success, and digital teams—as well as the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager. Your efforts will ensure franchisees are equipped to grow their businesses while maintaining alignment with Prime IV’s overarching brand vision and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

Local Marketing Support:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees seeking marketing support, guiding them on effective local engagement tactics and strategies.
  • Develop tailored local marketing plans that address the unique needs of franchise markets while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Assist franchisees in communicating and training on brand-led promotions, events, and community outreach initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.

Asset Development and Deployment:

  • Partner with the Brand Content Creator to provide franchisees with customizable assets and templates for local campaign extensions, ensuring brand compliance.
  • Support the creation and distribution of local marketing toolkits, resources, and best practices.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager to align local strategies with national campaigns, ensuring cohesive execution across the system.
  • Work closely with digital, operations, and franchise success teams to integrate local marketing efforts with system-wide initiatives.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with franchisees to gather feedback, share performance insights, and promote collaboration on marketing opportunities.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze local market trends and performance metrics, reporting findings to the VP of Brand Marketing and Sr. Brand Marketing Manager.
  • Use insights to refine local strategies and recommend improvements to franchisees for future marketing initiatives.

Franchisee Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with franchisees, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their local marketing needs.
  • Effectively communicate updates, tools, and campaign strategies to franchisees to ensure alignment with the brand vision.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and marketing innovations, applying relevant ideas to enhance local marketing efforts.
  • Support other marketing projects and initiatives as assigned by the VP of Brand Marketing.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in local or franchise marketing, preferably in a franchise or multi-location business.
  • Strong understanding of local marketing strategies, including community engagement and event promotion.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with design tools is a plus.
  • Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to work across teams and functions.

Attributes needed to thrive in this role:

  • Resourceful Problem-Solver: Able to navigate challenges with creativity and confidence, offering solutions that balance franchisee needs with brand goals.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Works effectively with cross-functional partners, fostering strong relationships and a team-first mentality.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ensures all initiatives are executed with precision and accuracy, maintaining high standards of quality and brand alignment.
  • Adaptable and Nimble: Thrives in a dynamic environment, able to pivot quickly to address evolving needs.
  • Relationship-Driven: Builds trust and credibility with franchisees, becoming a go-to resource for marketing support and guidance.

Location:

This role will be a hybrid position based in Colorado Springs with the expectation to be in the office 2-3 days a week.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Physical Demands: In fulfilling the responsibilities of this role, the employee is expected to engage in frequent verbal communication and auditory interaction. Regular tasks involve prolonged periods of sitting and using hands and fingers for computer-based work and typical office machinery operation. Close vision capabilities are essential for this position. Occasional travel, up to 10% of the time, may be required. Reasonable accommodations will be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to carry out the essential functions of the role.
