Piece of Cake Inc. is seeking a Company Marketing Manager to drive traffic, sales, and guest engagement for company-owned restaurants by localizing national campaigns into in-market experiences.

You will partner with Operations, field leaders, and General Managers to elevate the in-restaurant experience, lead local store marketing, and build strong community connections that support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of marketing experience in fast casual, QSR, retail, or multi-unit environments.
• Strong experience with local store marketing and in-store campaign execution.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Operations teams.
• Experience supporting company-owned restaurant environments preferred.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel (25–40%)

Responsibilities

• In-Restaurant Marketing Execution: Ensure flawless execution of national and regional campaigns; own in-store merchandising and POS materials; maintain brand standards.
