Job summary

Coolray Atlanta seeks a high-energy Local Marketing Manager to connect operations with Wrench Marketing, activating local campaigns, building partnerships, and shaping the customer experience to drive growth.

You will lead community events, manage local activations, monitor reputation, and collaborate with leadership to align marketing with business goals, delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in local marketing, community engagement, and event marketing.
• Proven ability to build relationships and represent a brand in the community.
• Experience creating engaging organic social media content.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends for events.
• Must lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk during events.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to increase visibility and engagement.
• Coordinate promotions, events, sponsorships, partnerships, and brand activations.
• Build relationships with community organizations, businesses, schools, and partners.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and local market presence.
• Represent Coolray Atlanta professionally at events and sponsorships.
• Monitor local market trends and customer needs to inform strategy.
