We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Licensed Operations Manager to join The Gore Group, led by Trish Gore. In this dynamic role, you'll support our real estate team by managing day-to-day operations, handling client support, coordinating open houses and property tours, and assisting with marketing and American Dream TV appearances. You'll also manage administrative tasks like CRM updates, event planning, and lockbox coordination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and showings
• Provide open house coverage and client support
• Handle administrative tasks, including mailers, event planning, CRM management, lockbox placement and removal
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry
• Meet with inspectors and vendors on behalf of the team
• Capture video content of neighborhoods/communities for client previews
• Assist in organizing American Dream TV Show appearances
