4th Day Trucking is seeking a CDL-A Local Intermodal Driver for the Houston area to move freight to and from rail facilities. You’ll enjoy daily home time, a steady schedule, and two consecutive days off each week.

Expect 12-hour shifts on day or night schedules with shifts Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday. The role involves local in‑and‑out rail operations and potential drop-and-hook, live loads, and live unloads.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• No SAP drivers
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on the assigned day or night schedule
• Flexibility to meet rail and customer operating needs

Responsibilities

• Local in-and-out rail operations
• Transport intermodal freight and rail equipment
• Equipment handling may include drop-and-hook, live loads, live unloads, and preloaded freight
