Transporting Logistics in Houston, TX is seeking a CDL-A Local Intermodal Driver to move freight to and from rail facilities. This role offers daily home time, a steady schedule and two consecutive days off each week.

Shift options include day or night with approximately 12-hour workdays and schedules such as Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday, adjusted as needed to meet freight and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 3 months of driving experience.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Valid DOT Medical Card is required.
• No SAP drivers.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on the assigned day or night schedule.
• Flexibility to meet rail and customer operating needs.

Responsabilités

• Local in-and-out rail operations.
• Transport intermodal freight and rail equipment.
• Handle drop-and-hook, live loads, live unloads, and preloaded freight as applicable.
• Schedules may be adjusted to meet freight and customer requirements.
• No short-haul pay is offered.
