Job summary

The Atlantic District is seeking an Insurance Agent in Greensburg, PA to assess client needs, present coverage options, and manage inquiries with a focus on trusted advisory service. You will build relationships within the community and guide clients through policy selections and renewals.

Ideal candidates will hold an active PA Property & Casualty license, demonstrate a proven client book track record, and communicate clearly while leveraging agency systems to document interactions and stay

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Proven track record of managing a client book and achieving sales goals.
• Clear and professional verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in standard office software and agency management systems.
• Understanding of personal lines insurance products.
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assess the specific insurance needs of individuals and families to provide meaningful coverage options.
• Present policy renewals and new coverage opportunities to existing clients.
• Manage incoming inquiries and walk-in requests with a welcoming and helpful demeanor.
• Document client interactions accurately within our internal database.
• Stay updated on changes in insurance regulations and carrier offerings.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a seamless experience for every policyholder.
