Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is hiring an Inside Sales Backup Driver in Atlanta, GA. The role supports walk-in and phone-in customers, processes payments, and assists with loading and delivery of gases, hard goods, and welding equipment.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CDL with HazMat or able to obtain within 60 days
• Must maintain driver’s license, medical card and endorsements
• No more than two traffic convictions or two at-fault accidents in 3 years
• No DUI in last seven years
• Ability to regularly lift 75 lbs and move 125 lbs with assistance
• 1 year CDL driving in last 5 years or trucking school completion within 12 months

Responsibilities

• Drive a CDL B truck to deliver products and ensure safe transport
• Assist walk-in and phone-in customers to identify products and services
• Process payments and enter sales accurately in the system
• Wrap, bag, and load merchandise for customers
• Maintain showroom environment and support delivery operations
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and document needs
