Job summary

Airgas in Clarksville, TN is hiring a Counter Sales Associate/Backup CDL Driver to support sales of industrial, medical, and specialty gases, welding supplies, and related equipment. You will load and unload cylinders, operate forklifts, assist customers in person and by phone, manage accounts receivable tasks when needed, and uphold DOT and Hazmat safety standards daily.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, home daily, with benefits after 30 days and a full benefits package, including

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B Driver’s License.
• Hazmat Endorsement or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• 21 years old minimum.
• 1 year of Class A driving experience in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Sales of industrial, medical, and specialty gases and related equipment.
• Customer support via email, phone, and in person.
• Loading/unloading cylinders, operating forklifts, and backup driving when needed.
• Inventory management and handling accounts receivable tasks.
