Job summary

Midwest Hose & Specialty in Beaumont, TX is seeking a warehouse associate to deliver and pick up local products and assist with hose assemblies. CDL not required, but MVR checks apply. You will support the supply chain, ensure quality, and help meet sales goals.

Responsibilities include inventory and delivery documentation, customer service, and collaboration with sales. The role requires physical stamina and reliable, detail-oriented work habits in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (required).
• Prior warehouse and delivery experience (required).
• Supply chain management experience (preferred but not required).
• Prior hose assembly experience (highly preferred but not required).
• Forklift experience (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up local products, ensuring safe and timely transportation.
• Safely haul and maneuver trailers (CDL not required).
• Assemble industrial hoses according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage the supply chain of products, including receiving, stocking, and staging for delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Document actions and maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and hose assembly processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Perform any other assigned duties that contribute to the success of the operation.
