Job summary

Midwest Hose & Specialty is seeking a dependable Delivery & Warehouse Associate to support our Beaumont, TX operations. You will deliver and pick up local products, safely haul trailers, assemble industrial hoses, perform quality checks, and maintain organized inventory.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong reading/writing and communication skills, and the stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse and delivery experience preferred but not required.
• Supply chain management experience preferred but not required.
• Prior hose assembly experience highly preferred but not required.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up local products, ensuring safe and timely transportation.
• Safely haul and maneuver trailers (CDL not required).
• Assemble industrial hoses according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage the supply chain of products, including receiving, stocking, and staging for delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Document actions and maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and hose assembly processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Perform other duties to contribute to operational success.
