Job summary

Talent Search Pro is hiring a Customer Service Field Specialist to support hospitals and care teams with hands-on equipment delivery and service. You will interact with clinical staff, deliver and set up equipment, and maintain strong customer relationships in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Local Kent-area routes, home daily, and opportunities for training and advancement are offered, with comprehensive benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

2 years of customer service, delivery, or field service experience.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
A clean driving record.
Ability to operate a 20-foot box truck.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
Comfort working in a warehouse and outdoors in Kent weather.
Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Deliver and pick up medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities in the Kent area.
Provide basic equipment orientation and support to clinical staff.
Build strong relationships through professional, responsive customer service.
Ensure accurate delivery, pickup, and service documentation.
Identify and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
Load, unload, clean, inspect, and disinfect equipment per safety standards.
Operate a 20-foot box truck safely and professionally.
Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance.
