Job summary

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited in Kent, NH is seeking a Field Service Rep/Driver to deliver and pickup medical equipment at hospitals and care facilities. You will support clinical staff, build relationships with healthcare teams, and ensure accurate service documentation.

This is a full-time, direct-hire role with no long-haul driving. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and the position offers comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO, holidays, and training

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, delivery, or field service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• A clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a 20-foot box truck.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Comfort working in a warehouse and outdoors in Kent weather.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities in the Kent area.
• Provide basic orientation and support to clinical staff.
• Build strong relationships through professional, responsive customer service.

What You'll Do

• Deliver and pick up medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities across the Kent area.

A Day in the Life

You’ll start your day at our Kent service center, load your route, and travel locally to healthcare facilities. Throughout the day, you’ll interact with nurses and hospital teams, deliver and set up equipment, answer questions, and ensure everything meets their needs.

No long-haul routes. No overnight travel. Home every day.

Full-Time Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

What We're Looking For

• One week of training in San Antonio, Texas.
• Additional travel opportunities to support service centers nationwide.
