Job summary

Linde plc in Houston, TX is hiring a CDL driver to deliver products to customers, averaging 10–12 stops per day, handling freight, paperwork, and customer service.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification, a valid CDL (hazmat endorsement preferred or within 60 days), and be able to lift up to 75 pounds. DOT compliance and a clean record are required.

Qualifications

• Hazmat endorsement required or within 60 days of hire.
• Must be at least 21 years old and pass DOT medical exam.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers with 10–12 stops per day, handling freight and paperwork.
• Count and record quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up.
• Complete hazardous material shipping papers per DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify maintenance needs and coordinate vehicle repairs.
• Build relationships with customers to meet business goals.
