Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service at the register.
• Accurately handle money, checks, and payments; issue refunds or store credits as needed.
• Process credit card transactions, coupons, and vendor checks per policy.
• Verify cash drawer accuracy at shift start and end; report variances.
• Support sales promotions, upsell, and engage customers as ACE Rewards members.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock; assist with merchandising when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and store policies; participate in team communications.
