Job summary

Axis Energy Services, LLC. is seeking a Floor Hand to join a 4-5 person workover rig crew in Casper, WY. The role involves rigging up/down, handling tubing and casing, and supporting the Rig Supervisor in safe, customer-focused oilfield service operations.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of rig floor experience, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. The job requires long hours and travel as needed in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Oilfield service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assists in rigging up and down, lining up the well service rig with the well.
• Sets hydraulic jacks, handles pads/boards and assists with guy wires.
• Operates rod wrenches, tongs, elevators and other rig tools during well servicing operations.
• Assists in lifting tubing from the rack onto the work floor or vice versa.
• Maintains tubing and hand tools on the rig and cleans spills.
• Reports safety hazards to the Rig Supervisor and follows safety regulations.
