Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must pass background check and alcohol/drug test
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable MVR
• At least 6 months of driving experience including personal vehicle
• Willing to enter Southern’s Driver Trainee Program after one year in Final Mile Driver role

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver freight locally in a non CDL-A vehicle.
• Ensure safe and timely transportation from origin to destination.
• Perform duties in compliance with company policies and safety standards
