Aerotek is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support renovations and property maintenance in Harrisburg, PA. This hybrid, full‑time role covers carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall, flooring, and general repairs on residential properties, with a focus on turnover projects and preventative upkeep.

You will work with a team to complete interior/exterior renovations, maintain safety standards, and keep records of work performed while delivering quality results across multiple

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turns, property renovations, and interior/exterior repairs.
• Install, repair, and replace drywall, flooring, doors, windows, cabinets, trim, and fixtures.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and identify effective repair solutions.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure properties remain in excellent condition.
• Repair appliances, HVAC components, and building systems as needed.
• Assist with remodeling projects, property upgrades, and cosmetic improvements.
• Load, unload, and transport tools and materials to job sites.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and meets company quality standards.

Maintenance Technician - Renovations & Property Maintenance

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our growing property maintenance and renovations team. This hands-on role focuses on transforming residential properties through repairs, upgrades, remodeling projects, and preventative maintenance. Key Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turns, property renovations, and interior/exterior repairs.




• Install, repair, and replace drywall, flooring, doors, windows, cabinets, trim, and fixtures.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
