Aninver Development Partners SL is seeking a Local Facilitator in Angola to support youth employment initiatives and stakeholder engagement. The assignment requires strong local presence, coordination with partners, and logistics support for outreach activities.

As part of the proposal team, you will mobilize communities, schedule consultations, and provide local context to the international and national staff. The contract is contingent on award and spans approximately three months.

Aninver Development Partners SL (www.aninver.com) is looking for a Local Facilitator - Angola for a consultancy assignment in Angola.

Aninver Development Partners is preparing a proposal for a consulting assignment focused on youth employment, skills development, and productive inclusion in Angola. The initiative aims to promote employability, self-employment, and labor-market integration among young Angolans, with particular attention to vulnerable groups, women, and persons with disabilities through comprehensive training and support programs.

To successfully execute our proposal, we are seeking a qualified Local Facilitator in Angola to support local mobilization, stakeholder coordination, and field logistics. This role is crucial for ensuring effective engagement with diverse audiences across different geographical contexts and supporting the implementation of communication and outreach strategies.

Aninver is preparing a proposal for this assignment. The selected expert will be part of the proposed team; the engagement is conditional on the contract being awarded to Aninver. The full Terms of Reference for the position are shared with shortlisted candidates.

Objectives of the assignment
