Aninver Development Partners SL (www.aninver.com) is looking for a Graphic / Visual Designer for a consultancy assignment in Angola.

Aninver Development Partners is seeking a qualified Graphic / Visual Designer for an upcoming consultancy assignment in Angola. The initiative aims to support youth employment, employability, self-employment, and productive inclusion through targeted communication, outreach, and skills development.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing compelling visual assets and branding materials to ensure the effective mobilization and participation of beneficiaries and stakeholders across the country.

Aninver is preparing a proposal for this assignment. The selected expert will be part of the proposed team; the engagement is conditional on the contract being awarded to Aninver. The full Terms of Reference for the position are shared with shortlisted candidates.

Objectives of the assignment

• Design and produce high-quality visual materials supporting the national youth employment and outreach initiative.
• Establish and maintain a cohesive visual identity aligned with institutional communication standards.
• Transform complex data and project metrics into clear, engaging infographics for diverse audiences.
• Support multichannel communication campaigns through creative graphic design solutions.

Scope of work

• Contribute to the formulation of communication and outreach strategies by providing creative visual concepts.
• Develop graphic assets for digital and print media, targeting both urban and vulnerable communities.
• Create visual content for multichannel campaigns, social media, and institutional reports.
• Collaborate with communication and technical teams to ensure brand consistency across all project outputs.

Your role as Graphic / Visual Designer

• Design visual materials, project branding, and corporate identity elements.
• Develop engaging infographics, data visualizations, and layout designs for reports and presentations.
• Produce creative graphics tailored for digital tools, web platforms, and social media channels.
• Ensure that all designed materials respect accessibility standards and resonate with diverse target audiences.
• Coordinate with the communications team to deliver graphic assets according to the project timeline.

Requirements

• Education: Design Gráfico, Multimédia or related fields
• At least 3 years of general experience, with specific experience in creating visual materials, visual identity, and infographics
• Languages: Working level fluency in English and Portuguese

Desirable

• Experience working on donor-funded projects or public sector initiatives in developing contexts.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and content management systems.

A creative Graphic / Visual Designer with a strong portfolio in branding and infographics, fluent in English and Portuguese, and eager to support impactful youth employment initiatives in Angola.
