Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead local commercial and industrial projects from contract through completion. This role emphasizes meaningful local work with an established contractor and minimal travel.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, change orders, and subcontractor coordination while maintaining strong customer relationships and project profitability. Competitive pay, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits are offered in a supportive local team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Previous Electrical Project Manager experience.
• Strong commercial and/or industrial electrical background.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction.
• Experience managing project budgets and schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and profitability.
• Review plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Work closely with Superintendents and Foremen to keep projects on schedule.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs and financial performance.
• Attend project meetings and maintain customer relationships.
• Help resolve project issues and keep work moving forward.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
