Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain in Boise, ID, is seeking a full-time Warehouse Driver to support Goodwill stores by transporting donated goods locally, loading and unloading trucks, and assisting with inventory and recycling operations.

You will operate large machinery including forklifts, pallet jacks, balers, and trash compactors, and you will help maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment while serving customers and donors with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Pass DOT Physical (paid for by Goodwill).
• Able to move 20–100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Ability to work with people having various abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drives local routes to support Goodwill stores.
• Collects donations from donors at the community donation site.
• Load and unload donated goods.
• Assists with inventory management of donated goods.
• Assist Warehouse Associates with operating large machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, balers, and trash compactors.
• Assist with recycling operations.
