Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Inc. is seeking a part-time Distribution Team Member in Salt Lake City to support Goodwill stores across the region.

You will drive local routes, collect donations at community sites, load/unload donated goods, assist with inventory, and operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. A background check is required; you must be at least 18 and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license issued by state of residence.
• Pass DOT Physical (paid by Goodwill).
• Able to move 20–100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Ability to work with people having various abilities.
• Background check required; a criminal conviction does not automatically bar employment.

Responsibilities

• Drives local routes to support Goodwill stores.
• Collects donations from donors at the community donation site.
• Load and unload donated goods.
• Assists with inventory management of donated goods.
• Operate large machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, balers, and trash compactors.
• Assist with recycling operations.
