Job summary

WSL, Inc. in Medford, OR, seeks a Non-CDL Driver / Warehouse Associate to move products from receiving to staging and on to customer delivery with accuracy and care. The role ensures on-time fulfillment and a safe, dependable customer experience.

Responsibilities include local deliveries, loading/unloading, verifying orders, supporting inventory, and forklift operation when certified. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Delivery/warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
Forklift certification preferred.
Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork; detail-oriented and dependable.

Responsibilities

Complete local deliveries and pickups, while representing WSL professionally.
Load/unload, stage, and verify orders for accuracy.
Receive products, help maintain inventory organization, and support cycle counts.
Operate material handling equipment (forklift as needed) and follow safety procedures.
Use basic computer tools to document shipments and transactions.
Support warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
