Job summary

DCT is seeking a Local Driver to operate company trucks for timely delivery of products to customer and company locations. You will load, unload and transfer products as needed using forklifts and other equipment, while providing high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
• Has knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Minimum 3+ years of verifiable commercial driving experience within the past 3 years.
• DOT road test, drug & alcohol screening, and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and deliver products to customer sites within designated time frames safely.
• Maintain logs and reports to comply with DOT and company policies.
• Safely load and secure cargo and operate forklifts as needed.
• Comply with driving regulations and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Perform warehouse duties and assist at the front counter when required.
