Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers customer orders safely within a service area and communicates order issues.
• Loads and unloads orders using material handling equipment.
• Verifies orders with manifests and routes for accuracy.
• Performs pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections per DOT rules.
• Keeps vehicle and order records and updates customers on delivery status.
• Escalates customer service and sales issues to management.
• Maintains contact with distribution center about interruptions.
