Job Overview

PBNA $24.30 / hour

This role involves selling and delivering products to stores along an established route, including convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, drug stores, and restaurants. The driver operates a Class A CDL delivery vehicle under various weather conditions, stocking and rotating products, building displays, setting up promotional materials, and managing orders and invoices. The position requires physical activity such as pushing/pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds, and involves kneeling, climbing, bending, reaching, and walking.

Primary Responsibilities

• Sell and promote all company products and promotions
• Service scheduled customers efficiently
• Deliver products and rotate stock in stores
• Ensure proper merchandising and display setup
• Establish positive relationships with store contacts
• Maintain reliable attendance

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (or as specified by location)
• Pass DOT Physical and DOT Road Test
• Adhere to DOT regulations

Preferred Experience

• Experience in retail or grocery store operations
• Selling and promotion experience
• Operating trucks with a valid CDL
