Job Description

We are seeking qualified candidates, especially military-affiliated job seekers including Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers. This on-site role involves delivering and selling products to store customers along an established route.

Responsibilities include:

• Driving a Class A CDL delivery vehicle in various weather conditions.
• Delivering products to stores such as convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants.
• Engaging in customer service, including rotating and stocking products, building displays, and setting up promotional materials.
• Placing future orders, generating invoices, and handling daily cash and charge settlements.
• Interacting frequently with store management.
• Physical tasks such as pushing/pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds, kneeling, climbing, and reaching during deliveries and stocking.

Primary Accountabilities:

• Selling and executing promotions.
• Serving scheduled customers reliably and punctually.
• Delivering products and rotating stock.
• Maintaining compliance with operating procedures.
• Providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (specifics vary by location).
• Passing DOT physical and road tests.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working in retail or grocery environments.
• Sales experience, including promotion launches and distribution points.
• Operating trucks with a valid CDL.
• Basic financial calculations and using handheld computers.
