Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Technologist
• Discipline: Allied Health Professional
• Duration: 12 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days
• Employment Type: Local Contract

Duties:

• Prepares patient for examination, radiopharmaceutical preparation, and monitors patients physical condition throughout procedure.
• Monitors equipment operation and scanning set-up.

Skills:

• Either ARRT NM or CNNMT Certification for Nuclear Medicine
• NJ State License for Nuclear Medicine
• Preferably experience in General Nuclear Medicine Bone scan, hepatobiliary scan, lung scan, thyroid scan
• CPR certified
• has CT licensure PET

Education:

• BS in Nuclear Medicine or Graduate of an approved RT & Nuclear Medicine Program required
