Job summary

AHS Staffing is seeking a local contract Clinic BCBA for a 52-week engagement in Golden Valley, MN. This part-time position requires 20 hours per week with a 5-hour daytime shift and an ASAP start.

The BCBA will lead an Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) program, oversee clinical operations, develop ITPs, supervise staff, ensure DHS compliance, and partner with families and providers to deliver high-quality pediatric behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Eligibility to enroll as an EIDBI provider in Minnesota is required.
• EIDBI CMDEs, ITPs, progress monitoring and DHS requirements experience is required.
• Prior management or leadership of a behavioral health program is preferred.
• Ability to independently oversee clinical operations in a smaller organization.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians and Level II/III providers.
• General ABA experience is not sufficient without EIDBI experience.
