People Wellness Center in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its EIDBI team. You will design and oversee treatment plans, supervise clinical staff, and support children with autism and families.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (clinic/home) with clinical leadership growth, BCBA supervision, and ongoing professional development within a growing agency.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Must obtain Minnesota LABA license within first 30 days of employment.
• Experience with children with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage caseload, supervise staff, and ensure treatment integrity.
• Reliable transportation required; CPR/First Aid certification may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs.
• Conduct FBAs and skill-based assessments.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
• Provide supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs/BTs.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
• Ensure documentation meets BCBA and MN DHS EIDBI standards.
• Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and quality initiatives.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in all services.

People Wellness Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing EIDBI team. In this role, you will design and oversee individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, supervise clinical staff, and support children with autism and their families. We are committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based ABA services.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $80,000 – $105,000 per year (based on experience)
• Sign-on bonus: $3,000 – $5,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans based on progress
• Provide supervision, training, and performance feedback to RBTs/BTs
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
• Ensure all documentation meets BCBA and Minnesota DHS EIDBI standards
• Participate in clinical meetings, staff trainings, and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in all services
