Job summary

NEFCO is a construction supply company delivering to contractors and construction sites. The ideal non-CDL Driver will be at least 23 years old with experience driving 24’ and 26’ vehicles, delivering to commercial sites and home offices.

Qualifications

• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Experience delivering non-CDL commercial vehicles (24’/26’).
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Must possess a current, valid Medical Card.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Excellent knowledge of the local delivery area.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip inspections of vehicle, equipment, paperwork, and loaded product.
• Make deliveries to customer job sites/home offices with a company vehicle.
• Load inventory on truck and unload at customer sites while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a neat, safe and organized work environment.
• Ensure manifests are complete and accurate.
• Provide timely, accurate and courteous customer service.
• Communicate arrivals to customers via company tech and serve as liaison to the customer.
