Job summary

Wind River Environmental is seeking a Local Commercial Sales Representative for the greater Raleigh-Durham market. This full-time role features a base salary plus commission and a car allowance, with six-figure earning potential.

You will prospect, build relationships with diverse commercial clients, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and meet sales quotas.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience (commercial/industrial preferred).
• CRM experience, especially with Salesforce, is a plus.
• Hunter mentality with proactive approach to new business opportunities.
• Clear verbal and written communication with a customer-first attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and ability to analyze data for decision-making.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and solves problems.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Prospect aggressively to generate new business and manage a pipeline of short- and long-term opportunities.
• Build Relationships: Engage with a diverse customer base including restaurants, offices, healthcare facilities, shopping developments, arenas, and more.
• Seal the Deal: Negotiate contracts, create proposals, and close deals to expand our customer base.
• Collaborate & Solve: Work with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and contribute to growth.
• Achieve Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas while developing understanding of services (grease trap cleaning, grease and septic pumping, plumbing solutions).
