Top Dog Recruiting is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to coordinate Nashville jobsite operations and supervise field personnel to complete projects on time and within budget while promoting a safe workplace.

Responsibilities include directing project workflow, prioritizing subcontractor work, solving schedule issues, and maintaining quality per plans. Candidates should have TI and ground-up experience and be willing to travel regionally.

Formación

• 5+ years of on-site supervision of commercial construction.
• Ground-up experience on projects $1–3M preferred.
• Tenant Improvement and Interiors experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct workflow of ongoing projects per schedule and budget.
• Communicate project priorities to subcontractors.
• Identify and solve issues to maintain the project schedule.
• Ensure quality workmanship per plans and specs.
• Create and manage job schedules.
• Supervise final punch-out.
• Read and interpret building plans.
• Build positive relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Promote and implement job site safety.
• Travel within region as needed.
• Projects include TI $500k-1M and Ground-up $1-15M.
• Ground-up and build-out retail, medical-office, restaurant, mixed-use projects.
