Optimum Staffing Solutions in West Chester, OH is seeking a Class B Local Delivery Driver. You will drive multi-stop routes, deliver premium materials, load and unload cargo, and maintain accurate logs while adhering to DOT regulations.

Earn $23.75–$26.75 per hour with weekly pay and OT after 40 hours; benefits are included. Must be 21+, have 12 months heavy-duty driving experience and a valid Class B CDL; capable of lifting 65 lbs and using an iPad for paperwork.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL is required.
• Minimum 12 months of verifiable heavy-duty driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Local multi-stop deliveries experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and secure cargo.
• Ability to read BOLs and picking sheets; iPad/tablet may be used.
• Bilingual Spanish candidates encouraged, but not required.
• Must pass DOT Physical, Drug Screen, Background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium materials to customers on local routes.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing cargo.
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork; provide customer service.
• Follow DOT regulations and conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
