Optimum Staffing Solutions in West Chester, OH is seeking a Class B Local Delivery Driver. You will drive multi-stop routes, deliver premium materials, load and unload cargo, and maintain accurate logs while adhering to DOT regulations.

Earn $23.75–$26.75 per hour with weekly pay and OT after 40 hours; benefits are included. Must be 21+, have 12 months heavy-duty driving experience and a valid Class B CDL; capable of lifting 65 lbs and using an iPad for paperwork.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL is required.
• Minimum 12 months of verifiable heavy-duty driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Local multi-stop deliveries experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and secure cargo.
• Ability to read BOLs and picking sheets; iPad/tablet may be used.
• Bilingual Spanish candidates encouraged, but not required.
• Must pass DOT Physical, Drug Screen, Background checks.

Class B Local Delivery Driver | Weekly Pay

Responsibilities

• Earn$23.75-$26.75/HRbased on experience | Average$59K-$76K+ annually
• Paid Weekly | Home Daily | OT at 1.5x After 40 | Excellent Benefits
• Monday-Friday schedule,8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with2 Saturdays per month from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
• Deliverpremium surface materials including hardwood flooring, countertops, and backsplash tileto customers.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing cargo while safely handling materials weighing up to65 lbs.
• Maintain accurate logs, delivery paperwork, and provide exceptional customer service at every stop.
• Follow DOT regulations, conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and safely complete deliveries.

Requirements

• ValidClass B CDLrequired.
• Minimum12 months of verifiable heavy-duty driving experience.
• Must be at least21 years old.
• Comfortable makinglocal multi-stop deliveriesand handling touch freight.
• Ability to lift up to65 lbs., climb ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, and secure cargo.
