Job summary

Atterro is hiring a CDL B Driver for a direct-hire role in Mansfield, OH. You will operate a Class B vehicle on local routes, home daily, with a schedule Monday through Friday and an early start between 5 and 6 AM.

The role offers a pay rate of $22.00–$25.00 per hour plus OT after 40 hours and 40–60 hours weekly expectations. Responsibilities include collecting residential waste and recyclables, performing vehicle inspections, and maintaining compliant documentation while providing excellent

Qualifications

• Must be 22+ years old
• Valid CDL-B license
• Able to operate various collection vehicles
• DOT Medical Card
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR
• 1 year CDL B truck driving experience (within the past 3 years)
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class B CDL residential collections and recycling vehicle
• Local – Home Daily
• High touch freight (residential waste and recyclable materials)
• Collect residential materials
• Transport them to disposal or recycling facilities
• May require lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, and frequent entry/exit of the vehicle
