Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Class B Local Truck Driver in Charlotte, NC. You’ll operate a straight truck, load and unload freight, and deliver reliable service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and hold a Class B CDL without air brake restriction.
• Safe driving record and history; pass a company-paid DOT drug test.
• Pass DOT physical and pre-hire test; obtain hazmat/tank endorsements within 90 days.
• Availability for up to 12–14 hour days including day, night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a straight truck (GVWR ≥ 26,001 lb).
• Provide excellent customer service and generate sales leads.
• Load and unload freight; follow state regulations for intrastate operation.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack as needed for loading/unloading.
