Job Summary

Transport products safely from the warehouse to customers, unload and deliver according to standards.

Responsibilities

• Unload product following safety and company standards.
• Complete paperwork accurately, including logs and invoices.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Build good customer relationships through courteous service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education/Experience

• High school diploma/GED or tractor trailer driving school; 1 year preferred.

Certifications

• Valid Class A CDL; insurable to operate a vehicle.

Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of DOT and Hazmat regulations; skills in driving, communication, problem-solving; ability to operate trucks and equipment; basic math; independent planning and organization.

Physical Demands

Lift and move up to 50 pounds, push/pull 350 pounds, climb in/out of trucks, reach, bend, twist. Vision and alertness required.

Work Environment

Occasional exposure to weather, mechanical parts, confined spaces, noise. Overnight, weekend, holiday work may be required.
