Job summary

21st Century Personnel is seeking a Local Class A CDL Shuttle Driver in the Richmond area. You will shuttle between two customers with automatic trailers, performing drop-and-hook and live deliveries. Expect 5–12 loads daily and work in active facilities with training provided.

Compensation starts at $26.15 per hour with OT opportunities. 1–3 days of orientation, full benefits in 30 days, and a newer fleet of automatic trucks accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license and must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be a VA CDL.
• At least 1 year solo tractor trailer driving experience in the past 3 years.
• At least 2 years' experience in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle between two customers in the Richmond area with automatic/self-unloading trailers.
• Perform drop-and-hook and live pickups/deliveries; handle 5–6 to 10–12 loads per day.
• Navigate tight spaces and operate within active production facilities.
