Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a CDL A driver to transport and deliver freight. The role requires reading and speaking English, complying with DOT regulations, and maintaining logs and inspection records. You may be asked to load/unload, inspect the vehicle, and communicate with dispatch for routing.

Qualifications

• Must have one year or greater driving experience in the type of equipment to be operated.
• Must have a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Must not have previous 3-year employer history of failed or refused drug/alcohol tests.
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL License with current medical card certification.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial motor vehicle (truck) to transport and deliver freight.
• Read and speak English sufficiently to converse with management, clients, and law enforcement.
• Maintain contact with dispatch for new locations and instructions.
• Maintain electronic driver logs compliant with regulations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and keep records.
• Obtain client signature noting shipper load and count, delivery condition, and seal status.
• Assist in loading and unloading truck when required.
• Meet the driver qualification safety standards and responsibilities.
