Job summary

WM is seeking commercial drivers to operate heavy-duty trucks for residential, roll-off, and open-top containers. You will perform pickups at customer sites, back-up with precise maneuvers, and comply with safety standards and DOT regulations. Training and ongoing safety programs are provided.

The role requires English fluency, a valid CDL with air-brake endorsement (A or B), and the ability to pass pre-employment screening. The on-site position includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public, understand traffic signs, respond to official questions, and complete records or reports.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located.
• Successfully complete pre-employment screening, including drug screen and physical.
• CDL Class A with an air-brake endorsement or CDL Class B with an air-brake endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicle in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents checks.
• Notifies Route Manager or Dispatch of issues or incidents promptly.
• Completes end-of-day paperwork and route documentation.
• Assists other drivers as needed to meet customer needs.
